Latest Updates in ELC 2.0 - SlideShare beta Integration

There’s been a great deal of updates happening in the month of August. First of all our latest update is the intergration on SlideShare beta. SlideShare beta is a special website that allows users to share powerpoint files online converting them into flash like interface just like what youtube does to a video file.
If you have alot of contents in powerpoint files that you think can be of teaching material, you can now upload them into SlideShare beta, then obtain the embed code for your eCourse block.
It is as easy as 6 steps.
1. Select your eCourse you’ve just created in the top panel above.
2. Click on the “Add Resource Button” beside the block.
3. Select SlideShare as your resources.
4. Open another browser in another window, goto slideshare website at http://www.slideshare.net, upload or select any slide you think is related to your eCourse. Sample slide will look like below.
5. Obtain the embed code needed for eLC.
6. Paste the embed code to the eLC slideshare text-area then, click on Save Resource.
All Done just 6 Steps, you can get your slide as learning material on the eLC eCourse block!
